WORKSHOPS & KEYNOTES

When I'm speaking, whether I’m leading a hands-on workshop or delivering a keynote, my goal when is the same: help people connect, think differently, and walk away with something they can actually use. And, of course, laugh a lot in the process.

My work is rooted in Applied Improv — the practice of using improvisational principles like listening deeply, building on ideas (“Yes, And”), adaptability, and presence in real-world settings. This isn’t about performing or being funny on command; it’s about strengthening the human skills that fuel collaboration, leadership, and resilience.

You’ll find my keynotes are different. I’m not interested in delivering a polished monologue while everyone politely nods. I design interactive experiences that invite reflection, participation, and shared discovery. Audiences don’t just listen — they engage, respond, experiment, and yes, laugh. The ideas stick because people feel them in real time, together.

WORKSHOPS THAT FIT

Every team is different — so every workshop should be too.

I design highly interactive sessions built around your goals, your culture, and the real challenges your people are navigating. Whether we’re strengthening communication, building adaptability, supporting caregivers, or unlocking creative thinking, participants don’t just learn concepts — they practice them in real time.

Workshops can range from 60-minute intensives to half-day or full-day experiences, always customized and always practical. They’re at their best when participation stays high and connection is easy — and I design them to scale thoughtfully for larger groups while keeping that energy intact.

Keynotes That Engage

Big ideas land best when people experience them together.

My keynotes combine storytelling, research-backed insight, and live interaction to create energy in the room without putting anyone on the spot. Participants reflect, turn to one another, respond in real time, and discover insights collectively. There’s laughter. There’s thoughtfulness. There’s momentum.

These aren’t polished monologues delivered from a distance. They’re shared experiences designed to move a room — and stay with people long after the event ends.

These are four keynotes that consistently spark energy, insight, and meaningful conversation.

Leading Without a Script

Change is constant — but adaptability is a skill.

In this engaging and interactive keynote, I share practical tools drawn from improvisation and real-world leadership experience to help people respond instead of react, collaborate instead of control, and stay steady when the unexpected happens. Participants don’t just hear about adaptability — they practice it in the room.

Audience takeaway: Practical frameworks for navigating uncertainty with clarity and confidence.

Listening Is a Superpower

Most teams don’t struggle with communication — they struggle with listening.

This keynote explores how small shifts in attention, language, and mindset dramatically strengthen trust and collaboration. Through reflection and shared interaction, audiences experience how being fully present changes the energy of a room — and the results of a team.

Audience takeaway: Simple, powerful listening tools that improve communication immediately.

You’re More Creative Than You Think

Creativity isn’t reserved for artists — it’s a problem-solving tool.

Drawing from my background in illustration, animation, and visual storytelling, this keynote helps audiences rediscover creative confidence and use it to think more clearly and communicate more effectively. It’s energizing, practical, and designed to reawaken curiosity.

Audience takeaway: Accessible techniques for unlocking creative thinking in everyday work.

What Brain Change Teaches Us About Being Human

Dementia changes how we are able to communicate — but it doesn’t remove the need for connection.

In this thoughtful and deeply personal keynote, I share insights from lived caregiving experience and workshop facilitation in dementia care communities. Together, we explore presence, dignity, adaptability, and the power of meeting people where they are.

Audience takeaway: Practical communication tools and renewed perspective rooted in empathy and real-life care.

Additional keynotes and customized variations are available depending on audience and event goals.

Every event has its own purpose and personality. These keynotes can stand alone or grow into deeper, hands-on experiences. However we shape it, the goal is the same — to create something that moves the room and lingers long after the applause.
